The hotel Amiraute in Cannes offers a great stay overall. My room was a Single Room, clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding. The location is super convenient, right across from the train station and just a quick five-minute walk to the beach, perfect for exploring. The staff stood out with their friendliness and professionalism. They provided helpful advice on local attractions and were always quick to assist with any requests. The breakfast service to my room was a touch I really appreciated. The room itself had a ceiling window, made it challenging to access, and it didn't match the advertised pictures. Storage was a bit cramped, which could be uncomfortable for longer stays. With some improvements in room accuracy and accessibility, this hotel could elevate its offering significantly.

Has popular restaurant.
The location is perfect and excellant, and the area is shopping near restaurants and bars. Thanks to a main station located near the hotel, you can travel all around Cannes. The atmosphere is quiet and the room is neat. They offer a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar.

Immaculate room cleanliness and attentive staff service.
The ceiling window was challenging to open and I often hit my head on the beams while navigating the odd room shape. Unfortunately, it also lacked the balcony that was shown in the pictures, which further added to my frustration.

Absolutely nothing: It is an outdated, dirty, old fashioned hotel that is well over-priced. It requires a complete overhaul and modernising. Filthy carpets, stains, smoking in the reception, disgusting decorations - there are not enough words to describe this dreadful hotel. I booked the deluxe room - I would hate to see the regular one. Does the owner of this hotel never travel and see what a real hotel requires - clean, smart, attention to detail. I didn't eat breakfast as I felt it would have been a health risk.
Please see the above. The only good thing was the nice young man at the reception desk.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a decent price make this spot a solid choice. The location is prime, just a quick five-minute stroll to the beach and train station.
My room had an odd shape with a ceiling window that required standing on the bed to open, leading to some bumps with the beams. My room didn't match the advertised pictures, lacking the balcony that was shown.

Location of the hotel is good
This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. It is old and dirty. The room is so small that 2 people can not move. There is only a little window that makes the room breathless. Also there is a big ventilation machine just outside the window working 24 hours and making so much noise that it is imposible to sleep. The staff is very unfriendly and crossfaced. I asked to change the room 3 times but they did not even care. As summary dont let this hotel turn your holiday into a nightmare like me.

Had a blast with friends! It's so central, just a quick walk to the beach and luxury boutiques. We loved lounging on the beach and exploring the Palais des Festivals. Super clean, comfy rooms at a great price! Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the coast.
The decor was a bit kitsch for my taste, but honestly didn't affect our overall experience.

Hotel is located at walking distance of the center of Cannes, which is great. It was completely renovated over the past few months and the rooms are comfortable, however some rooms still dont have airconditioning (works not finished) so make sure to ask when booking. Besidem, consider that it is extremely difficult to find a parking space in Cannes, and you'll have to park your car in an overnight paid car park most probably (I paid 10 euros)

The room was pretty comfortable (quite tight, though) and the location very good.
There seems to be no difference (at least not apparent) between the standard and the Superior Double Room. My colleagues got the standard one and there was no difference at all (not sure whether they actually got a superior even though they had booked a standard one). The receptionist could not give me an answer either when I asked what the difference between my 'Superior' and their standard room was. By the way, the standard rooms also had air conditioning which was the reason for me to book Superior. In my case, there was no advantage in booking Superior instead of standard.

Location was exellent. Near to Train station, shops, cafes and restaurants. Although in the centre of town room was generally quiet due to the double glazing and the Air conditioning was good and silent. Room was nicely decorated and modern and there was a safe and fridge which we used.
